I m staying in Apt 11940 l, which is very spacious in and out (private balcony) with good enough ventilation. I feel like staying in a individual house. Loved it.

Great community and you get your moneys worth in terms of how spacious the units are! Love the valet trash, its so convenient. Staff is super nice and helpful and gets work orders done fast!

So far So Good, love the location, the management is good, initially had little issues with dishwasher and heater but later it was all taken care. The cleaning staff is also good.

So far so good! We haven’t been here a whole month yet, but it’s already better than all the other places we’ve lived in. Wish the parking was a little better, but everything else is wonderful. The staff seems very friendly and helpful.

Sound within sharing walls the sound is minimal and the landscaping is well maintained. Although the community is older, when an appliance malfunctions, maintenance comes within a reasonable amount of time to address the issue. The leasing agents are friendly and are quick to respond to questions posed in the apartment portal. Residents are friendly and courteous. All in all, I’m happy with my experience and decision to move into the townhome.

We love our apartment community. Our neighbors are the best. During the fire in our building the neighbors all gathered together to comfort each other. Two girls from the next building brought blankets out to wrap around anyone who needed one. The Arlington office personnel was here to comfort and check in on everyone.

I have lived here 10 plus years great neighborhood. Great friendly neighbors. Parkway school district is a great school for elementary the school is Craig and the middle school is parkway east and the hig school parkway North are all great schools. Close to shops and highway
